Description: 'Wheaton College Postcards' is a digital library of 59 scanned JPEG images of archival postcards with subject matter being that of buildings and views of Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts. This collection is intended primarily for use by Wheaton College students, faculty, staff, and alumni. It is accessible from Google search and resides at the Wheaton College Postcards site in DSpace. 

This site created in Yola, 'Digital Library of Wheaton Postcards', contains images and Dublin Core data of 40 of the above referenced historical postcards. The 'Digital Library of Wheaton Postcards' site links to both the 40 images located here and the 59 images at the NITLE site which uses Manakin software to interface with DSpace. The 40 postcards and data on this Yola site may be viewed by clicking on Browse Images and then clicking on the image name on the left.  Both digital libraries were created by Martha J. Mitchell in order to complete the requirements for the SCSU course.

This site is available for anyone to access via the Internet, however, due to the fact that Wheaton College owns the postcards the URL for this site has not been sent to any of the major search engines for inclusion. Search engine Internet access to view the postcards goes directly to the 'Wheaton College Postcards' at the external NITLE site.
